Default FL80 Firetruck Conversion

Been slowly building a totter out of an old 1996 FL80 firetruck. It's an 8.3 Cummins w/ Allison 6spd. We geared it from a 6.14 to a 4.30 with an air locker. We built a the sleeper from 2x2 tubing. Trying to get it finished is the hard part.

I pulled the bed off to paint it and cut the back wall of the truck. Now I can cut hole in the box and slide it back to paint back wall and roof of the truck.

Todays progress. I finished the lower stainless cap on the sides and the back. Capped up the rear door floor. I need to build some window plugs and add some sheet metal on the bottom of the cab cutout for the seal to mount to.

This project seems like it's never going to end! But there is light at end of tunnel.
