When they advertise that this has a 13 speed trans, does anyone know for sure if it is a ZF or Eaton.
Had a ZF in my 2005 and Freightliner replaced it under warranty with a rebuilt unit-that po'd me.
My 2007 has a Eaton Autoshift. It was kinda funny that a Kenworth rep told me that the American engine(cat C15) communicates better with the American transmission that it does with the German (ZF) one.
I found that the ZF would sometimes get confused as to what gear to start out in but fortunately I got rid of that truck before anything happened.
