Overall length laws: 45 feet, 52 feet and 56 feet? What’s the truth?

I’m in Cali and DMV here says 45 feet max. Most state’s DMV page says 45 feet max as well, however Kingsley Coach and Motor Coaches for Sale by PowerHouse Coach...
