The walls are skinned with a 26 ga embossed aluminium diamond/quilt pattern. The best example is the metal used on bathroom wall dividers at walmart.
I bought 8' sheets and laid them horizontal. Installed with small stainless wood screws using shoulder washers for larger surface area and detail.
This picture shows the back wall under construction and the twin bed frame on the right has already been skinned and hung. It disappears into the wall.
