Hummm thats a tough call.....what does a similar aged unit go for used in your area? The risk here is how high the water got and how much are you willing to put into it.
If the water was at floor level you'll be replacing everything bellow it, so trans, heating, wet bay etc....my guess is about 25k worth of stuff.
If the water was above the floor you're into huge money to redo everything inside, so strip it and replace everything and all the truck component damage as well.
If you're willing to put 50 to 100k into it and do most of the work yourself you might come out ahead but if you cannot do anything yourself you'd be best to leave it IMHO.

The Conversion was done by Renegade in Bristol Indiana. The RV was located in SPARTANBURG South Carolina, 690 miles between the 2 locations.
The ad does not say if it can be driven. Can this RV be put on a Trailer to be moved to its new location?
I assume the best buyer would be an Employee at Renegade, the former owner or friend or someone who really knows what they are doing.
Why would it be built on a Western Star Truck as compared to a Freightliner, Volvo...?
Would anyone here spend $200,000 for it?

Western Star is a Cascadian with a different hood.
Flat decking it would require a overheight permit but it could be towed.
200k might be worth it but it really depends on how high the water went and how long it has been sitting for.

As i said.....if your mechanically inclined and it runs/drives, it might be a deal but if you have to pay to have it fixed buy a good used one instead. Gotta remember a motor for this thing isabout 50k......
