Does anyone have a suggestion for an adhesive to use to seal the edges of the wall covering in an RV? I am assuming the covering is vinyl but the adhesives I have found so far dry white instead of clear. Any suggestions?

Need another 1/4" inverted flare pigtail. Something with a 90 degree is ideal. Ever see one without the swivel joints? All we really need is the acme or pov to spin. Im lubing and spinning the joint with wd40 but so far cant get it to seal.
