No law says if it has air brakes you MUST have...

No law says if it has air brakes you MUST have airbrake endorsement. Basically if your truck is a private use coach even IF it is a commercial truck dot says its non commercial anyway

Not all kodiak's and topkick are rated that low. my 91 is air brake and 33,600 gvw so it needs a cdl.

dont forget the c7500 and c8500 topkick and kodiak's
my 7500 has a 33,600 gvw so guess its in the edge of the class 8's and the c8500's have to be. these also came in tandum axle configurations....

Heres one for the cdl side of it. 2 states I can quote for positive (MD and WV). Number 1 ANYTHING with air brakes requires an air brake endorsement in both states and in WV no air brake endorsement...

It is a stand up sleeper with double bunk.

Was thinking its a WIA Aero but not sure.
