FLD 120 Dash valve

I need to get the MV2 parking brake valve out of my 1989 FLD 120. The valve is bigger that the hole in the dash. Does anyone know how to remove the brake valve for service?

You could maybe go to air-over-hydraulic brakes but I don't know why you would want to. I think they are mostly found on military trucks.
