Default Insurance Nightmare PLEASE HELP!!

First off hi everyone

I have a 89 KW K100E cabover. Me and my buddy want to use it to tow our sled pull truck to events and have a place to sleep, I do live in FL and it has already been tagged and insured as an RV HOWEVER no insurance companies want to take me on as a customer. They tell me their isnt a market for it( GEICO) and GMAC says since its not a toaterhome its a no go too. What are you guys doing for insurance? It looks still like a semi just has a porta pooper and micro, fridge and gooseneck no 5th wheel. PLEASE HELP :/

Have you checked over at the Escapee's HDT forum: HDT - Escapees Discussion Forum

One of the sticky topics up top is the resource info. Lots of good stuff there that might help you. I suspect one of your problems might be commercial/non-commercial. Good luck figuring that all out.
