After nine months of not having time to work on my conversion I finally have some time to finish the insulation and interior walls. So hopefully this winter I will be able to heat it up a little and get some more work done.

I used Tuff R Polyisocyanurate 1 inch with aluminum face both sides and used PL 300 foam board adhesive. I left a 1/4inch gap around the edges.

Filled the 1/4inch gap with some fiber glass insulation. Then used 3M polystyrene foam spray adhesive to attach the 1 3/4 inch fiber glass insulation.

Used PL polyurenthane adhesive to glue the 7/16inch OSB and screws every 6 - 8 inches.

I am planning on having basement a/c and heat, the ducts and electric raceway will be run along the bottom left side.

Looks really good......all that insulation will really pay big dividends in comfort, both in terms of temperature and noise. One thing that I see that I am curious about is the ceiling....is it curved??? Looks really trick. Do you have any pictures of the exterior?

Yes it is curved, its a walk on roof and it will support a lot of weight.

Super Trick!! I really like the truss idea for the roof...you should be able to park a car up there no problem!!
