Brand new to this site and searching for some experienced builders of RV type boxes, beds, etc. I have 20 yrs in RV sales and management so have so clue of what I am thinking of doing. Have an 07 Ram 1 ton dually 6.7 cab-chassis w/western hauler style flatbed. Would like to build a "Renegade" style box in place of flatbed and use it primarily for sleeping and relaxing. No kitchen or bathroom in this unit. I have a SIPS (structurally insulated panel system) home and a local manf. who will build the walls,floor and roof panels for me and I want to bond gelcoat sheets to these for the exterior and interior. The SIPS manf. will vacu-bond them to the panels for me. I am lookiing for the fiberglass source as well as a manf for the exterior corners and seams for a stainless molding. Anyone have some source suggestions?

Bob's ?? in Elkhard was selling that fiberglass by the foot in rolls we we were there in 09 so perhaps you could go to a local semi trailer repair shop to order it for you also.

good luck, watch your front axle weight in your design, those pickups are almost over empty.
