Exhaust brake on an 8.2 Detroit turbo

Hello

We are considering an exhaust brake on an 8.2 Detroit turbo diesel in a GMC Topkick Toterhome. Anybody have any advice on exhaust brakes?

I don't know anything about them, other than it works pretty slick on my Cat C-12. Do they have a kit or something to add one to the 8.2 Detroit? Oh wait, mine is a Jake engine brake, I think the exhaust brake is a bit different. If it's not too pricey it might be worth it.
