New from nc
Hello my name is Eric, I've been looking around on here for about a year and decided to sign up. I have a 2004 renegade toter with a 16 foot conversion and we love it. I am married with twin boys 11, and we want to upgrade to a larger unit sometime. I want to at least get a 17 foot wit the large slide. I like the info on this forum and I will post some questions and maybe try to help answer a few.
We race a mega truck which is like a smaller version of a monster truck. I will try to get some pics up here.

Oh boy, looks nice. What engine, transmission? Pictures of the whole thing (trailer and truck) would be cool.

According to Eric's other thread he's got the same engine / trans set up as my wifes coach...
12.8L MBE 4000 (aka DD 13) with the ZF/Meritor 12 speed SmartShift (dry clutch, 2 pedal, "manu-matic")

I just looked at the picture again. It looks like it's got some neon lighting going on too. Right up your alley isn't that Don?

Truck pic didn't work. Trying to upload from my iPod and it's not working? The lights under the toter are led strips from amazon. Best $20 I spent! Lol! 16 feet of LEDs down each side! They are awesome in a campground or setting up camp at night, they throw out a lot of light.

yup i did similar strip of LED lights (multi color / dim-able) a few months ago.
I think I'm gonna add another strip under the coach as you and John have done.
I've had a small red strip under/behind my step for a while - make a nice way of back lighting the step so you can see it in the dark.

I wired my keys to the step light, it uses the factory switch and was very easy to just wire right in to it. They throw off a lot of light, I bought a remote control dimmer but I haven't wired it up yet. It looks like a keyless entry remote.
