This looks like an F350 crew cab that took weight training lessons from Arnold Schwartznegger.

26,000lb GVW. What a machine. It must fly when not towing.

Now there is the optimum slide-in camper machine. That truck wouldn't feel a slide-in if it were made of cinder blocks w/solid grout, and wood paneling inside; 1-1/2" plywood that is! Talk about overkill......

I saw at least 2 CXT Internationals on Ebay in one week last month. I don't think they are very practical. Sort of like a Hummer only it is actually a pickup. I would want a tow body or a bed to carry my camper on one.
