I had to know how much I was weighing.....
with no water and some gray, full fuel (140 gal) and the Jeep Liberty behind.
34680 and the ticket with the axles weights.
How much do you guys scale out at?
Sam

Cool. Your weights are almost exactly what mine are. I've never weighed my enclosed trailer though. I know the empty trailer weight is supposed to be 3100 lbs.

heres ours....full of water (220 gallon) & full of fuel (130 gal)...beer, liquor and food, no jeep.

My 43 ft NRC full of fuel, water, both holding tanks, food and bride came in at 17400 front and 26600 rear for a totl of 44000 lbs. Jeep weighs 4400lbs. C15 with 550hp and 1850ftlbs pulls all hills just fine.

Wow Gordy, that is a lot of weight on that front axle!!!!! That sounds like it would be way over capacity of it?

Bob86ZZ4 09-18-2015 09:15 AM

We don't know what front axle he has though?

Gordy 09-19-2015 04:10 PM

18000 lb front axle with 365/70R22.5 Michelin tires. Actually replaced the stock springs with a custom rearced 20000 lb pack thta actually won't sag over time.

Thanks for the info... I didn't realize guys were putting that big of a front axle on their conversions!

My Haulmark is 6560kg (14460lb)on steering, 11700kg(25800lb) on drives with fuel at about 95%, approx 100gal of water, 1/2 tank of propane, 2 adults and 3 kids and all of the stuff required for a 12day trip. Also pulling 18ft flat deck car hauler with wifes VW Touareg on it (another 3320kg (7300lb)) added to the GCW (gross combined weight).

14,600 lbs on front axle
20,600 lbs on rear axles (twin screw)
35,200 lbs total

Basically without much stuff, nothing in water or grey/black tanks, half full fuel, full propane and me.
