Default Trans change?

We have a 99 T2000 with a 35' NRC coversion that has a cat c12 with a 10 speed auto shift trans and we are thinking of changing over to a allison or a freedom 2 peddle system. We use this to pull our stacker racecar trailer. Has anyone done this?
Thanks

Why would you want an Allison? The only one I would consider would be an Ultrashift. I don't know if you can do the swap though. Is there something wrong with your 3 peddle? I visited with the service manager at my nearby Kenworth dealer before buying my truck. He said the 3 peddle Autoshift is one of the most reliable trans you can get.
