Starting a Toter Build on a 1990 T600

Hi Guys, Need help making some correct decisions on my build such as dimensions, parts gathering, electrical and so on. I have decided on a 16 foot box but looking for any threads regarding specifics and floor plan Ideas. I am basically looking for some pointers....any help is appreciated.

What do you want to do with the coach? (travel, live in it, tow?) How many people? Will you have shore power or be off grid?
