Has anyone ever heard of this being used in say a RV or specifically a trailer? I have a situation where a manufacturer has accepted responsibilities for warranty work, but after 30 days at thier facility, refuses to even acknowledge it exist or give me a estimated repair date. It is your basic "Blow off", I actually believe thier trying to see what my reaction is, as this involves some major rework.

Any insight would be great...or even the name of a succesful attorney in such manners.

It all depends in what state you purchased the truck/RV. Do a search for lemon laws on the internet and they will then direct you to the specific state. Lemon laws vary greatly from state to state and it matters what state the dealer is located in. Document everything. The lawyers are looking for a ground ball when they take you on as a client and they want you to have the repair orders and dates. They won't take the case unless you have everything documented. Good luck.
