Default Drive shaft angle/vibration question

Hi I have a 1996 volvo semi m11 I use to pull my 16,000 pound jayco 5 wheel . Now im having a big problem! i got the truck and the air bags were sideways orr 4 inches not sure why.. but i moved them the right way up and down! the way they should be.. now i have a bad vibration when im on the gas at height speeds..

i just had all the you joints done and the carrier barring i still have the same problem and im 500 mils away from the shop.. i dont want to move the bags back into the wrong angle as thats not good for the bags.. any help would be nice.. here is the way my bags were before and after..

I talked to the last owner and he said he never had a problem! this is the truck
