I think it's a 38' fifth wheel trailer. Cool. Your truck should pull it okay. You'll want to take off the commercial 5th wheel hitch and install a rv type hitch. The commercial 5th wheel hitch doesn't have any side to side pivot action. This puts too much strain on the hitch of the camper trailer. You'll also want to install a jackalopee for the wiring. Then you'll need to figure out how to install a brake controller. I'm glad you've found truckconversion.net. This is a cool forum.
