2006 GMC Mystery Topkick Conversion
1 Attachment(s)
In March I bough a 2006 Topkick. The previous owner told me it was a Monroe Conversion. No reason to think otherwise... until a windstorm tore off the mudflap and broke out the taillight.
None of the body shops I've taken it to know who did the conversion. I sent a photo to Monroe... they have no idea either. They showed it around the plant and came up with nothing other than it is a production fiberglass bed. So, does anyone out there recognize this bed style and know who manufactured it. Thanks, Claudia:o https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...levant_count=1 |
Looks like a cool truck. Sorry I don't know anything about it. But, Wayland Long at 2L Custom Truck is the guy to contact. He specializes in that type of truck. 817-594-4333. Welcome to 2L CUSTOM TRUCKS - Drive It Like You Stole It! - Poolville, Texas, USA .

Got me. But it looks very similar to the fiberglass beds used on the Ford F650 "Super Crewzer" factory conversions that were built like that on a crew cab chassis with a nice fiberglass bed. I'd bet a nickel from looking at it that the bed came from the same supplier that did the Super Crewzer beds. Try looking into those. google f650 super crewzer and a bunch of pics pop up. Good luck.
