......all things considered that is an exceptional deal.....MY New 37' with NO interior was $8k[though built a little heavier-without _any_ interior ammenities. If well insulated, it is a steal....a freaking steal!.....If I didn't' have my 37' I'd jump on this real quick....If any of you guys are considering a all purpose trailer-living -working-racing-partying-fishing and hunting and enough roof for all the family and friends- this trailer is the way to go-priced very well to move!....geofkaye
