A bit too big for me, but .... how is that axle setup?? How you figure out the wheelbase? Is one of them liftable, otherwise how can you make tight turns?

Also, if the total is 33, and the living is 22, garage is 18.. hm... unless part of bedroom is over the garage.

Too bad there is not much info. I have seen Canadian spread axle tractors but I don't recall one to that extent. Nor do I know their laws. Spreads are used to increase allowable axle loads. Some axles are setup to airlift, some you can only dump the air bags to take some weight off and others simply scuff the heck out of the tires when you turn. At the least, I would say it would limit your turning radius.
