Pros, cons, value, comments...?

Look at how spacious the interior looks when you cut the roof out of the tractor portion and the wide opening between the cockpit and cabin.

That is a really nice idea. Opens up the space.

This model has Prevost bus look by the lower skin and the curved roof and windows.

The interior looks larger than normal. Doesn't have slideouts but looks wider because of the wide angle lens.

Look for the black giant poodle sitting facing the food counter contemplating his next meal. You gotta love the way dogs like to eat meals with their human companions. https://www.truckhome.com/infopop/emo...on_biggrin.gif He's in 4 of the pictures, see if you can find him.

Looks sharp @ 199,000 I think it would be a little high, since a ne wone can be had for that. But maybe not that loaded or custom. They seem to play the Leann Rimes angle a bit. Nice coach though

BravestDog,
My son and I flew up to Minneapolis last spring to purchase this coach and I changed my mind and got tickets and flew back. Several of the items on the list of problems I gave them has been taken care of but I still would look the coach over carefully before bidding.. I liked the coach a lot but no slide out. Many updates have been done on the unit several times.
As for being able to buy a new one for that... I don't think so... the list price of a new Kingsley starts at $300,000 and goes up from there... I think their high end so far is around $1.2Mil.
If you are interested in a "preowned" Kingsley I think you should call them direct and discuss the ones they have on their lot. There are much better deals available there.
The management team has completely changed lately so I am not too familiar with the people running the show now. I am told that the construction methods and personnel are the same as they have been all along.
Basically they extend the frame, open up the cab, build the storage compartment framework, floor and its framework, and then screw/glue on a custom RV walls and roof custom built by Thor.. Then they do the rest of the building of the unit..
They no longer do the rounded-bus style roof line.. Now more conventional.. The transition to the coach is nearly seamless.. Both are mounted solid to the frame and to each other. (With some pretty impressive amounts of steel) We drove one for 3 days ( the Kruiser) and could not discern any flex in the joint. Overall it was the best of the 25 or 30 Truck conversion motorhomes we have driven thus far. We had a deal on the rig but it was sold to someone else for more money before we could get the paperwork done.. But that is another story.
Good look with your search.
John
