I would think it would have to have the necessary items installed to qualify as an RV? Things like heating/ac separate from the engine, potable water supply, propane, toilet, etc.... It varies from state to state. Pretty sure there's no way you're going to be able to get RV plates on it. Why do you want RV plates for it?
