My rig had a 19" tube set up there. I built a frame out of square steel tubing:



And bolted it in place. I put a good size piece (actually two scraps I had around) of plywood underneath it since the base of that cabinet wasn't as heavy duty as I wanted. I also put another piece of finished wood across the bottom, under the cabinet, to make it all stronger. That piece will be visible in the last picture.
