.....the only thing I want to add is waterproofing the shower-that is so important.....the new trailer will have a shower room made of laminate and sealed with something better than silicone....which will shrink over time and needs to be replaced before it leaks.....learned that the hard way as I had a rotten spot and only found it while spraying the underside of the trailer with rustproofing sealer.....chitty job but I had to do it.....took out the whole shower and replaced the wood with Aner-i-tech wood and then coated the whole area with a knockoff of Line-x which will make a perminate vapor and water barrier.....geofkaye
