I installed a sat radio antennae on the drivers side mirror. The antennae seems to be carbon fiber and not very flexible. In one of my finer moves while backing out of my drive way, caught the antennae on a tree branch, and rather than bend it broke the top of the mount inside the mirror. I need a new mirror assemlbe I think.
Now since I don't want to take out a second mortgage on my house and get a new one from Volvo I wanted to try a salvage yard. Are there any on line that I could contact. I haven't found one up here in the twin cities of Mn sure there are some just haven't looked hard enough.
How much of a project am I in for?
