After many days of sweating & cursing in that cab in 90+ heat I about have the sleeper done. I trimmed it out in the pergo which I had to thin down to under a 1/8" of inch. I installed 4 reading/dome lights next to each seat and a larger center dome light with a custom fixture I made. I purchased the lights from http://www.wireconnections.com Here are the part numbers and prices
Truck-Lite 07201 $34.34 each plus freight must be purchased in multiples of 2
Truck-Lite 07200B $50.15 each plus freight

I really love how these light came out. They are by far the best looking lights I could find for truck application.
