One other thing to realize. 1/4" of downward...

One other thing to realize. 1/4" of downward frame flex equals probably 3/4" of movement in the top of the boot. We aren't talking about frame flex to get all excited about.

Fuel full (large tanks), water empty (200 gallons under the bed) and no tongue...
