We have a winner...found a grey haired...

We have a winner...found a grey haired International mechanic and he confirmed remove screws on either side of the dash and the panel on top comes off.

Tried the previous owner...no luck

This sounds crazy, but even the guys at International don't know where to find the fuse block on my cabover.....nobody old enough to remember them.

I have tried all the usual places, kick panels,...
