i only used flake (to save a few $$$)where it was going to be covered by a cabinet ,everywhere else i used smooth finish plywood and covered it with a textured wall paper

well we used it on a couple local trips and we just got back from a 12 day trip to myrtle beach the HDT is a pleasure to drive . So much better to drive than our old class c or the bumper tow travel...
