I got a lot of mud and road junk on the front of my 5th wheel, so I did fender research. I found a very good website - fleetengineers.com
Under special deals there are plastic fenders for $30 each (returns or slight defects). Mounting straps are $42.64. You put them where ever you want on the fenders, depending on where your posts are Shipping from Michigan to Calif is $37.06. These are for single rear axle, dual wheel trucks. Mounting posts are not included. I plan to get a bed "someday", but needed this in the meantime. Call Deb at 1-800-333-7890 x310. Tell her I sent you

Hi Bill and OLDphoneman,

I just delivered another full fendered 610 Volvo conversion today to a gentleman who flew in from Montana and picked it up.

The fenders I installed on it were exactly like the conversion I did which OLDphoneman posted a picture of.

The entire kit cost me $340. That includes all brackets, mounting posts, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. I think those mounting posts were about $75 per set. Be certain that EVERYTHING you need to finish the installation is included with the package you buy.

It's no fun to buy something only to discover more parts of some sort are required to complete the installation.

Those Chrome lighted mudflap holders shown in OLDphone's picture behind the fenders are not part of the fender package. They are a separate installation entirely.

Later on,
Larry
