Insurance

So... not 100% sure there isnt a better place for it, but here goes.

Who is everyone using to insure their wonderful creations? Only company I have seen so far that will insure my 95 IH 4700 is GMAC, and they will only offer liability only.. no comprehensive. Not overly thrilled with spending 6k on the truck, and another 6k on the conversion to not have it covered.

Any ideas?

Depending on what you have in it now, it will be over 22.5 when you're done putting appliances, tanks etc etc in there.

I got the truck for cheap. It was from a company going out of biz. And it's an older truck. But it had less than 220k on the Cummings engine, and as you can see from the pics it is solid..not pretty, but everything works the way it should.

One idea is to search for better rates. It’s not impossible but I’m sure you can find affordable rates like with AARP RV insurance. Their rates are competitive and getting a quote is easy.
