The 'Permit Post Alerts' is not checked off in the Personal Permission folder and will not allow the member to flag. That authority has to be made by the Administrator. It probably would be most beneficial to members if they were allowed to flag spam postings as simple blocking of spammers post will only be a temporary fix.
This is such a great forum and site which I have recently been enjoying as my wife and I get ready to retire and plan to move to a t/c. From my short membership here the members seem to be a great bunch............

I get the same thing. Won't let me either. Hay Dogtales, welcome to t/c.net. Great idea to retire and go on the road in a t/c. I've got about a year to retirement.
