Default New guy here, considering a U-haul conversion

Hey everyone. New to the forums, been browsing around. I'm considering doing a U-haul conversion or similar project. I road race motorcycles and it would be nice to have something a little bigger than my Dodge Ram to haul bikes with to and from the track. I'm not looking for anything overly fancy and high priced which is why I want a used moving van or similar for this. I've been considering a 17 foot u-haul van and making the front of it the sleeping area and small work shop. I really don't need anything bigger than that but I might if I come across a good deal. Anyhow, just spending time browsing the forums. Some very cool and really nice conversions here!

Make sure you can't find something used all ready built up near the way you want it. If you can find something on racingjunk.com you'll save lots of money over building one.

Oh ya, forgot, Welcome to the forums here. It's pretty quiet compared to most forums. But, the people are real nice and everybody except me is pretty talented.
