Default ebay bid rejected! to damned scary ?

We bid on a yellow volvo toterhome on ebay this morning but it did not hit the reserve price, then later this afternoon ebay sent us a message saying our bid had been rejected!
weird...went read in the rejection note and was kind of surprised to see that they said they did not trust me.

I tried to email them to see what was going on but they will not even talk to us. They have zero feedback and we have several hundred as a seller and buyer with all 100% good.

We must be just to damned scary! LOL

Was it kind of a shorter box? Sleeper cab front end? No slides if I remember right? Not a toter though? Generally a "toter" is referring to a truck with smallish living quarters and a deck with a fifth wheel and/or gooseneck hitch. If the truck I'm thinking about is the right one it had just a bumper hitch on the flat back. Sorry you didn't get it. If it's the one I'm thinking about it was kind of a neat looking setup. But, I'm guessing not your "perfect" truck. I took almost 6 months to find my truck. I missed out on a couple along the way that I sure thought would be the "right" truck. When I finally got my truck I realized how lucky I am I didn't get any of those others along the way.

I know there are plenty reputable people on Ebay, but I used it twice .... got screwed both times. Sellers (supposedly) had all the right qualifications and whatnot too. It took the FBI to get my money back the last time.

I would say you had a scammer on the line as well. Feel good you got off easy.

yea we really want to avoid scammers and we really just want a nice big coach on a truck, nothing fancy but solid and dependable.

Ebay has it's place for sure but it is not a one shop stop for sure
