Fire damaged 2000 Monaco Dynasty King 40 on ebay, sold for $40k.

2000 Monaco Dynasty King 40 with 58k miles sold for $40k on ebay with 75 bids.

The ad says the refrigerator caught on fire. There are a few pictures that show the fire damage on the outside.

Some text from the ad: This coach was kept in an airplane hanger all its life and had the fridge catch fire and the fire was put out quickly. There is NO FIRE DAMAGE inside the coach and there is NO FIRE SMELL in this coach! The only damage is to the fiberglass side and to the roof directly above the fridge area.

My comments: I find it hard to believe that the seller can say that there is "no fire smell". Seems hard to believe. With all the smoke that must have come from the fire, saturating every square inch of the interior...

.....Pass!..... it is a 2000ym to start and it is a complete total...unless you are very good at this kind of stuff-don't bother dreaming about it....$40k is too much and is more than the insurance company will insure it for when completed.......
as i say -if you are not a experienced rebuilder...forgetaboutit!.....geofkaye
