Just got home with my new ride, a 2006 renegade 2800 motorhome. It's a one owner unit with only 27k miles! It basically had everything I was looking for, the large bunk, large slide out, grey leather, black tile and counter tops, side awning, large shower, and a lot of other stuff I didn't have on my 16 foot renegade toter. This thing is like a mansion compared to my old toter! Lol!

And only ONE picture????

Rear bedroom, this unit has a small hallway around the bathroom, so if the bathroom is occupied you can still go to the bedroom.

One of the main things I wanted was a large over bunk with the windows. My last renegade had the extended height, but was a small over bunk. This one has tons of room. It had an odd tv cabinet with the old school sony TV sets, I replaced them with 32 inch smart flat screens. You can still see the outline of the old cabinet, it took up a lot of room in the bunk.

Sam this is a 28 foot box.

38.5 feet bumper to bumper.

Looks great. Love that you have a real gas stove/oven. So many new ones are just putting a cook top and convection microwave in. My wife doesn't like baking in the convection microwave.
|
Wait, what about the engine? Whatcha got under that hood?
|
The oven looks like it has never been used. The engine is a Mercedes mbe4000, 450hp with the 12 spd. One thing i noticed is that it doesn't have an emergency start for the generator and the owners manual said that the house batteries have an isolator from the chassis batteries, also the alternator will charge the house batteries. I like that, because I want to add an inverter and the engine will charge the house batteries without having to run the generator.
