I want to bring this to your attention again....the last 3 out of 4 vehicles we have been looking at have a moisture problem and it was BAD! All needed an air to air heat exchanger and dehumidifier and fans....the odor level was nasty because people sweat about a pint of water each day while sitting on the couch and breathing in and out....without doing anything. Add eating washing cooking and other natural activities and it adds up rather quickly. All of us need to pay attention to this issue asap....merely propping a window open now and then will not take care of the problem. I have a coach in the warehouse that has dark mold growing on everything and the owner wants the insurance company it eat it.....guess what-he should have read the fine print....{mold isn't covered}they looked today and said it isn't covered so sad/so sorry....we are bidding on cleaning it....in the neighborhood of $8k with a "taking everything apart clause" in the contract.....merely washing it with Clorox isn't going to take the problem away-mold leaves dark stains-like in your tile shower.....FYI.....geofkaye

Yes, good advice. I keep mine in climate controlled storage. Very lucky I am. My new rig has fantastic vent fans. I figured out the one drawback to them tho. You can't drive down the road with them on, the cover flaps away and it won't even open under a good headwind. I bought one of those max air super covers to put on. That way we can vent out while under way. I'm going to put the first one on the main vent above the kitchen. If it works well then I might buy one for the bathroom fantastic too. Good to be able to run that vent while underway if somebody leaves a dukkie in there. Looking at used rigs you do see a lot that are left closed up for storage and they do smell. Those max air covers are a great thing.
