We generally don't have major hailstorms in the San Francisco bay area so lets assume we are talking about the areas where it really does hail bigtime. Hail only gets pellet or pea sized around here.

What do you folks do when it starts hailing real bad?

Do you pullover if driving? Will the hail smash front windshields at freeway or slower speeds?

Do you try to find a place to hide the rig behind a wall or under a gas stop...?

Or do you downshift, stomp on the throttle and let it happen?
