When I was considering a used truck and a frame stretch, I contacted Quadra Manufacturing and had a very helpful conversation with their technical guy (sorry, I don't remember his name).

Here's the contact info:
Quadra Manufacturing
305 U.S. 131 South
P.O. Box 536
White Pigeon, MI 49099

Phone: 269.483.9634

Fax: 269.483.9636

I hope they can help with your questions.

there a frame streching company..

i have a few frames to strech and will be doing it myself..i dont think they are going to tell me how to do it..they will be trying to get the job doing it.

And as a result, you might just do it wrong. Leave frame stretching to the pros if you don't know how. This is NOT a place to try to save money by doing it yourself. You endanger yourself and anyone else you share the road with. You might also learn to spell a little better.....

Stretching a frame is easy !

Getting the drive line correct , setting the Preload , and having it all come out perfect, vibration & NOISE free (AT ALL SPEEDS ) is always the challenge !

rarely do I find one done correctly

The way you will learn is to go to a shop that does it and watch and see how they do it, paying attention to every detail. If you show as much attention to your frame jobs as you do to the way you write English grammer, you have a lot to learn. Communication is as important as any other craft you might learn; start now.
Note your CORRECTED note above; learn from it too....

i could be the biggest frame streching company in the world and not know how to spell every word..that has nothing to do with it
