I wish! It is nice to think about. Heck, I'd really settle for more time to use the rig I have.

I really like that floorplan. Although, I'd love to turn the rear bath into a mud room with a separate entry door, and move the shower forward to replace the w/d and pantry.

It seems that all of our adventures require gear that makes a mess of the main salon. It would be really nice to have a place to store outerwear, muddy/sandy shoes, wet stuff, etc.

That wouldn't hurt either. A hose off spot outside of my fantasy mud room would be nice. We are messy campers. Hunting, fishing, diving, 4X4, etc. We seem to have problems dealing with our wet and or dirty gear when we get back to the truck.

Right now our Jeep toad is the mud room. Anything wet or dirty goes in there. The ole Jeep can get sort of funky at times

Muddy, sandy, grassy, salty, and wet! Because I am so neurotic about the cleanliness of "my" motorhome, nothing meeting one of the previously listed descriptions is allowed on board....poor jeep.

I could have sworn that Western Star was built for someone....maybe that was a different one.

For us (ok me & my buddies) a rear (only) bath would be a PIA....we dry camp at race tracks (either actually racing or occasionally spectating)...I prefer the Mid-Bath it keeps everyone out of the owners suite.

I don't see the benefit (especially if you have a full mid bath) of a 1/2 bath - it usually means another holding tank and another bathroom to clean.

Im not sure i would change much on that build....other than doing away w/ the Truma Water Heater (i prefer our 10g elec/gas Suburban).
