There is a group of us on this site that want to hear from the owners of a cabover truck conversion.
Anyone out there own a cabover and would like to share your rigs advantages/disadvantages and pictures? |
Found one today on racing junk. Its a box truck with cabinets and a rear platform lift. Not exactly a live in conversion but close.

Hey Bravest - this just wouldn't cut it, would it?
I'm still looking for any, will let you know if I find any. |
Hey guys. Just found this site -- it's great!!!
I have a Peterbilt cabover I want to convert. (as dog calls it "live-in" style) Anybody ever seen one where you could walk/etc. between the cab and the rest of the truck? Thanks, Glenn |

...climbing over the hump on my hands and knees would ditch the project for me....knees are shot! 39'' wide bunk is out of the question if I roll over.....girls would whine for miles and miles. Went to Louisville and looked at the Kibbi ...it is a '99 and needs a little TLC....with 187,000 miles...might be good for someone to have-but not something I can turn a buck on-without doing about 30k in work[upgrades] on.....geofkaye-I'll keep hunting!
