I got a flag pole for the back of my rig from www.rvflagpoleguys.com. I'd like to put a light on my ladder to shine up on it at night. I found a white l.e.d. backup light, one of those 4" round grommet mount types. It says it draws 170 milliamps. Is that going to run my two deep cycle house batteries down much overnight if I'm not hooked up to shore power or running my generator? I don't know if that's a lot or not. Here's the look:

LED lamps don't draw near the electricity that incandescent lamps do. It shouldn't even be noticeable with your battery setup.

Also, be aware that most LED's don't project light very far even though they appear very bright when you look at them.
However, if what you have is a true LED backup light, it should do what you want.
Let us know your opinion when you get it set up.

Ya, I don't have anything to lose trying it. If it's not bright enough to light the flag I can still use the fixture to replace my current backup lights which are the 4" round white with just a regular bulb in them. I'll try it and post back.
