like your steps with the doors, that's what you have to do to make use of every inch. What are you planning on putting in there?

Thanks.

Going as fast as my wood skills will let me. Need's to be in working order for the OverLand Expo in May. Like 17 day's. Trim may not be done but should have things ready. Going to be helping in a round table about building big trucks. Not a 2 wheel drive like this but people can get a idea about what the "Box build " looks like. I have a good list of what "not to do" ! LOL

Awesome! I love diy rigs, so glad your making it to Expo! It's a long ass drive for me at a bad time of the year otherwise I'd try to make it.

Your wood skills look good from here

I use the 10' rule. If it looks good at 10' just don't come any-closer. LOL

Been going to OverLand for the last 4 or 5 years. Good time's.
This will be the first time for the big truck.

Maybe next year I will have the M1078 finished ?

From yesterdays work. I ran out of wood to finish the shelf for the convection oven. The pic I had was short 5/64". I had cut a dado into the wall. I didn't want to cut into another 4x8. It bugged me all night. So I just filled in the dado. I 'm just cheep.

Today I used the 4x8 for the upper storage.

Better use of the wood ? LOL

Storage over sink are installed. And wired up the lights under the other side storage boxes.

Not sure I like the LED look ? Will see.

So is this practice for the LMTV box or are you thinking of transferring it over?

I have not gone into the nuts and bolts of this because I'm no expert. But here are some of the photos of building the overhead boxes.

Also the upper work is now donel At least for now and at this level. I need more time to do thew trim work.

Then.
