Default 2006 PowerHouse Conversions

VERY clean!
1996 Freightliner FLD120 chassis (VIN: 1FUYDSEB2TP575766)
2006 Coach built by Power House Conversions
Clean title in hand
Total length is 33 feet
All tires are at 9/32
Detroit 60 engine w/approximately 500,000 miles. Odometer was reset when it was retitled
Eaton Fuller 9 speed transmission
Rear end is 3:91
5500 watt Dewalt (gas) generator
Hard wood floors, oak cabinets with mirrors
(2) 60lbs propane tanks
(2) roof mount AC units
New Radiator & alternator 4 years ago
All new relays (in cab) 3 years ago
New fan sensor 3 years ago
Holland 100k lbs pull, 20k lbs vertical pintle hitch w/air snubber. I was pulling roughly 30k lbs.
Propane heater
Propane stove
Microwave
Ice maker
Refrigerator/Freezer runs on propane or electric
100 gallon fresh water
(3) control Freightlliner, (2) batteries for camper (all will be replaced prior to delivery)
When Freightliner is running all batteries charge. When off Freightliner and camper batteries disconnect
Oil will be changed prior to delivery
Brakes will be adjusted prior to delivery

Also included in the sale is a 102" wide Fruhauf Dolley w/title
as well as a 15x48 Holiday Motor Sport awning. Used 3 times (cost new approx $9k) I have the poles for the awning but they are located in Mass so might take me a little time to go get them. Will need to purchase clips to mount to a trailer which are available from the manufacturer.

Interesting trailer setup. Makes good $$ sense, I know those short trailer can be bought for a song from UPS and FedEx when they are done with them. How does that setup tow? Any problems on tight turns? I guessing you can't be able to backup more than a few feet easily?
