Comments?

Conversion by Racers Race Haulers.

What do you think about the angular ceiling in the cabin? What purpose does it serve...?

never heard of "Racers Race Haulers" and did not get a hit on google... at least if is a dual tandem but that little M11 will be in a strain methinks if a fairly good load is put in the back...

https://www.truckhome.com/infopop/emo...on_biggrin.gif Well I have $.04 cents of useless comments,After carefull examination of the pictures and all of us knowing what opinions relly are.

https://www.truckhome.com/infopop/emo...n_confused.gif Afterthought?? was maybe the Blueprint used here, It might have started life out in the right direction.
Take a look at the floor in the coach area, It looks to me that there are Three(3)levels starting with the floor inside the truck cab/sleeper area. You have to step up into the coach. The bathroom or at least the toilet is not the same level
as the floor in the coach. Where the garage area and coach meet should be a loft area for a bunk area. There is no access
to that area. As for the angled Tray Ceiling design it could be to cover up HVAC and Mechanicals. I also think the garage
was going to be a stacker,And the direction may have changed midstream. Other then that it looks Great on the outside.

**THE ABOVE IS BASED ENTIRELY ON A UNEDUCATED GUESS AND OF COARSE,MY LOWER REAR OPINION AREA**

I don't think that the M11 is undersized in this application. We use them in our fleet and we haul Beer with gross weight of 79,500 lbs+.
We have had very good service out of them and our trade ins seem to going on to 1 million miles and more. They do save us on weight and fuel.

Actually if you look at the pic of the kitchen facing rearward you can see off to teh left the very ends of what look to be those handicap grab rails that they used for step to get thru that cutout which I assume is into the rear loft bedroom. You can also see in the bottom of the cutout, what appears to be the top of a mattress.

I have seen a few conversion companies do the toilet plumbing like that. It allows them to maximize the bay space below since they don't have to run any plumbing down there. Or they can be "hiding" a lift pump of some kind like when you add a bathroom to your basement and don't want to cut into the cement floor.

I have to agree with the angled ceiling though.

I could have sworn I just saw this rig with a matching trailer just outside Valpo yesterday in a truck repair center. I will try to run down there and take a look tomorrow to verify.

....If you put a small holding tank under the toilet[10 gals] and a macerator pump on the side of the unite you can get rid of the black water holding tank all together and just pump it into the gray water tank or just pump it over board....whichever....4 people would be hard pressed to generate 10 gallons of black water[in 5 gallons of blue water solution] waste each day....without Krohns disease or projectile vomitus/diarheea....... If I was drycamping for a month I'd use this system of disposing of black water or I'd use a blue tote and tug it to the disposal area each day it needed recharging.....BUT!.I don't have any of those problems and only have some gray water/condinsation as I have an Incinolet and it burns all waste to sanitary ashes which need emptying once a week-if I remember.....geofkaye
