Do you think its a good deal if the auction closes at $80k?

A mini or an Xb won't fit in the garage at 12'. What kind of car is smaller?

I think the wall where the cockpit meets the cabin needs to be enlarged.

The rear overhang looks interesting. What does that do to a trailer when you are towing in small confined areas?

This Auction is for a 2000 Model NRC 50' Motorhome Garage Unit. This is a FL112 Freightliner Tandem Axle. The Garage Area is 12'and has ATP Floor and Ramp, Built in Tool Boxes, and Pit Pal Helmet and Oil Racks with the Rear Cold Curtain. The Rear Compartment does have A/C. The Living Quarters has Fresh Carpet and is loaded with a Flexsteel Sofa Sleeper, Dinette, and has a Fridge with Freezer, Suround Sound Stereo, and TV, an Oven with Cooktop and a Microwave. It does have a Shower, and Seperate toilet. This unit is loaded with plenty of Cabinet space. It does have the Bunk over the Cab and Twin Beds in the Rear Bedroom. Thats one crazy overhang. Watch for dips in the road or sloped driveways with that one!
