Look what I found on ebay. A cabover with a trailer. https://www.truckhome.com/infopop/emo...icon_smile.gif

The truck portion has 4 doors. Did they come from the factory like this?

How many of you would or would not choose this model to build a conversion on?

Looks like "BJ and the Bear" are finally going to retire. I would probably never buid a conversion on something like this in 2007, because the resale value just isn't there. Seventeen years ago I probably wouldn't build a conversion on this either just because of the ride and the unability to get into the cab easy. But it's all about the person who want's one so I hope I didn't affend anyone.

I've always thought that a COE was the way to go for a HDT conversion amd I spent quite a bit of time looking into the possibilities, means and methods of doing one. I still believe that for a DIY person and not somone like me who needed to contract out it could result in a really great MH. The thing that stopped me from going in that direction was not really finding anyone who had any experience in doing a COE conversion. Accordingly I finally abandoned the idea and am currently in the process of a Blue Bird bus conversion which I think is going to suit me nicely.
